For 25 years, RECARO Aircraft Seating Americas has been an active member of the Dallas-Fort Worth community and our involvement in the community centers around our six core values – Integrity, Excellence, Responsibility, Enthusiasm, Team Spirit, and Entrepreneurship. Each of these guiding principles influence the company to create a culture conducive to the needs of our employees and the community by supporting local organizations and increasing involvement in the community, all while implementing sustainable practices on-site.
We are active members of the Fort Worth and Dallas Chambers of Commerce as well as the German American Chamber of Commerce.
